最近有一位朋友要求阿不在她负责的刊物上写稿。
同学一场，阿不当然义不容辞，反正也不知道会不会刊登。
只有一个问题，朋友的要求是，必须写关于咖啡的内容，而且必须有深度。
糟糕！
阿不除了脂肪的厚度偶尔可以称之为深度之外，唯一可以和深度扯上关系的，也就是眼睛近视的度数，说实话，阿不也不是什么大近视……
无奈，阿不还是硬着头皮，写了……

咖啡。
一种越浓郁越美味的饮料。
爱情，何尝不是越浓郁就越令人回味无穷？
一杯即提神的咖啡往往都是苦涩的，但也因为它的苦涩，令你一口接一口，不停地喝下去，纵然是一饮而尽，但口中的苦涩却久久都挥之不去，淡淡醇香许久后都还萦绕在口腔之中。
同样，一段苦涩的恋情才会深深埋藏在人的心里，久久不能忘怀。罗蜜欧和朱丽叶，梁山伯与祝英台，杨过和小龙女……
现代人的感情不如古人般恒久。现代人总追求像汽水一样刺激的激情，然而激情来得快去得快，因为激情过后必定转向平淡，平淡的恋情令人习惯，令人失去知觉，令人厌恶……
但是，恒久的不是爱情本身，而是爱情流逝以后，残留下来的一种感觉，一些记忆，一段段不会再回来的往事。
看着杯中袅袅的水汽随着时间一秒一秒过去而许许升起，知道咖啡的温度在下降。
两个人的爱情，何尝不是随着时间流逝，而渐渐冷却？
所以，两个人分手的时候，最好还是喝咖啡，就像张学友几年前的作品，《咖啡》的歌词说的：
“太浓了吧 ，否則怎会苦的说不出话，每次都一个人在自问自答，我们的爱到底还在吗？”
咖啡味道苦涩，一口接一口地喝着，即令人精神，不会在分手之前胡思乱想，也可以浇灭分手时那股狂乱辛辣的怨恨。
“已经淡了吧， 多放些糖也很难有变化，不如喝完这杯就各自回家
別坐在对面欣賞我的掙扎……”
咖啡喝着喝着，咖啡越喝越希，越喝越淡，再刻意加入白糖，也泡不出原来咖啡的醇香，咖啡也不会好喝，就像一段濒临结束的感情，勉强再加入“刻意”的“甜蜜”和“浪漫”也只会显得“虚假”和凸现一段感情的苟延残喘，同样还是会渐露疲态，结局还是不了了之，无疾而终……
“一场失敗的爱情像个笑话，热得时候心乱如麻，冷了以后看见自己够傻，人怎么会如此容易无法自拔……”
时过境迁，失败的爱情看起来永远都好笑，尤其是感情冷却以后，为了挽回做出的傻事，都是无谓，甚至无聊的。
“一场无味的爱情像个谎话，甜的时候只相信它，苦了以后每一句都可怕，人怎么会如此容易了无牽掛……”
爱情过去就是过去，勉强告诉自己爱情还在只是自欺欺人。还是潇洒的放下，才不会泥足深陷，不可自拔……
其实，咖啡搅得均匀，喝起来苦甜适中，绝对甘香甜美，也同样像爱情，掌握得好的话，也绝对一帆风顺，口口甜美。
然而，没有处理好的爱情，通常都是波折多多，困难重重，但只要有恒心，最后还是会苦尽甘来，就像搅得不好的咖啡，前头再怎么苦，只要忍耐一下，把整杯咖啡喝完，最后还是尝得到沉淀在杯底的白糖的……
咖啡的确是世上最浪漫，最能概括爱情的饮料。
